The mat consists of 4 parts
1) turf, made of non-melting nylon 6.6
2) backing, which comes from the weaving of the mat
3) adhesive layer of PU glue formula. With the best glue, our tufted mats become the most durable tufted mats on the market
4) Foam pad made of NBR foam (nitrile rubber), which is heavier than PVC for a more stable mat
Throughout the production process, we tuft the nylon yarn onto the backing and bond the yarn to the foam pad with glue.
