Produktbeskrivelse

A tee marker is a fixed marker used to indicate the teeing position on a teeing area. The markers are moved regularly throughout the season as the teeing area is rotated, and must therefore withstand repeated handling, changing weather conditions and many years of daily use without losing function or visibility.

Tee markers are handled far more often than many people realise. On most golf courses they are moved almost daily during the season, and they must withstand repeated handling without losing their appearance or function. This is why material, size and finish all play an important role in daily course operations.

This tee marker is made from cast aluminium with a focus on long service life, practical handling and a clean, refined appearance. The compact size makes it easy to move, while the powder‑coated finish protects against wear, moisture and UV exposure over many seasons.

Benefits

  • Cast aluminium – withstands daily handling throughout the season.
  • Powder‑coated and UV‑resistant finish – maintains finish and contrast year after year.
  • Compact 95 × 95 mm head – easy to move and store without compromising visibility – space for logo/number/text approx. 8 cm in diameter.
  • Available with colours or numbers – choose traditional colour marking or the hectometre system.
  • Three‑dimensional casting – logo, numbers or text stand out clearly in aluminium against the black background.

When is this the right choice?

  1. When you want tee markers that can withstand many years of daily use.
  2. When the teeing area is moved frequently and the markers need to be easy to handle.
  3. When the club wants a consistent and professional appearance across all teeing areas.
  4. When you want marking with either colours or numbers according to the hectometre system.
  5. When long service life and a presentable appearance are prioritised over frequent replacements.

FAQ

Why is the marker made from cast aluminium?

Cast aluminium combines high strength with low weight and is well suited for products that are handled frequently and remain outdoors year‑round.

Can the markers be supplied with the club’s own design?

Yes. The markers can be produced with numbers, colours, logos or other desired markings depending on the club’s needs.

What is the advantage of the compact size?

The smaller size makes the markers easier to move as part of the daily routine, while still remaining clearly visible to players.

What is the hectometre system?

Instead of colours, teeing areas can be marked with distance numbers in 100‑metre intervals (e.g. 61, 57, 52 or 48). This gives players a clear indication of the course length from each teeing position.

How are the markers maintained?

Normal cleaning is usually sufficient. The powder‑coated finish is designed for outdoor use and requires only limited maintenance.

The development of this tee marker has been a longer process in which size, casting and finish have been adjusted until the result met our own requirements for daily course operations. You can read more about the process in our blog post: News: Production of our new tee markers has begun!
